Salam Tuan blog,
Terus kepada poin yg ingin disampaikan.
1) Kenapa cuma 44 hari?.
4) Tapuk pentadbuiran Pemuda UMNO masih bermodelkan hiararki. Ini satu struktrur pentadbiran yg usang dan tidak tangkas.
5) Pemuda UMNO tadak berani mencarta jalan sendiri.

Series 1 Land Rover
I have been in love with Series 1 (S1) Land Rover since the day I first have my interest in Land Rover. Although the Series 3 is the one that sparks the interest, its the Series 1 that really caught my eye. Since then, a search for one started. This is certainly a labour of love. Where ever, I am in kampung or in town, I will keep a close eyes on one, should one can be found. Any shape or condition will be considered.
This monoblog is kept as a reminder how beautiful this machine during those days.
Where it started.
started whn I found this beauty. It is a 1952 S2 80" that was found in Setapak Jaya. Among all places !. It has been adopted as the 1st rebuilding project car. Recently suffers some setback.
Never mind. It shall rise eventually.

The hang over - thanks to BN , the poverty pimps !
I believe most rakyat expect the rise. They read the newspaper and they are not stupid people. They knew the rise is coming.
then the gov made several boldstatement. Wedensday 3rd June as the day to announce the policy and look ahead of the roll out plan to handle the price increase. August is slated for actual increase.
then the gov backed on thier word. Its wednesday as the day of increase. they preached good governance and they piss on thier own word. The PM during the press conference even had the cheek to hint that Malaysia would be able to take it. The PM flashed a smile and I feel dejected. The PM is totally detached.
the rakyat was caught in a spin. They have not really thought of the price increase of 40% plus. then the gov annouce some half baked ideas about rebates which just provide some band aid relief to motorist. they have forgotten the mass which are affected indirectly.
then came the statement that they will announce on monday another round of relief packages. Quick look and we know those relief are just ears candies.
Voices of extreme dissent reverberates in all forums in the internet. Mostly expressed thier dissatisfaction over the WAY the gov dished out the subsidy pull-outs. Most bloggers (even th eneutral ones) have a field day exposing the flaw of this plan.
In the mainstream media, all cabinet ministers inconspicuously went missing inclusive the PM and DPM. Even the media charmer Shahrir eludes the microphones. they have shot thier chances as the next gov in the next PRU13 to smithereens. the spin doctors (newspaper editors) worked overtime to side the government rational, or rather lack of it.
In one stroke of the pen, the gov has send millions low mid class t mid class Malaysian back to the border of poverty living.
Personally, I can take a RM6/L fuel. But I got extreme bouts of heartache thinking of average Malaysian struggles to give thier family and themsleves a living that is fit for a common people in rich nation like ours.
my middle finger to the government !

Fuel Price increase by Fool Ministries
Today marked a bleak day for Malaysia. In an unprecedented move by the government, the PM has announced that the fuel price is increased by over 40% for both Petrol and more for Diesel.
The manner it was done certainly leaves a bitter tastes in majority of Malaysian. While drumming the fact that Wednesday June the 4th will be the day where policies are to be agreed and put forward as a preparation for the actual implementation in August, the government has dropped the bomb that the increase takes place almost immediately.
Malaysian from all walks of life reels in anger and despair. Some were even numb even after the day wears on. Scenes of petrol Station in gridlock is played all over the countries while motorist tried their luck to squeeze in the last cheap drops of fuel in their tanks. Many were unsuccesful and a few stations were reported to have changed the price at 11:45pm while some even close their till.
The forums and the blogs were overspilled with outpouring dissatisfaction over the incidents. Over that night, the PM is facing the reporter in a slightly strange jovial mood. Unaware that the impending annoucement is affecting millions of livelyhood across the nation, the PM was not convincing inhis delivery and fielding the question from the jounalist. Later, the Consumer minister did try in vain to expalin the (ir)rational of the move. But it is too late. the damage is done and permanent.
The media mainstream did try to soften the impact by clever editing of the news footage but the avalanche of bad news are too much to hide. The public disdain are already surfacing through all the alternative media.
Personally, I find the rise hard to swallow due to the economic strength of Malaysia and the ability of Petronas to generate revenue as a nett exporter. Quick back of envelope calculation indicate, that the cost of vehicle ownership is already at the highest tier with tax and some form of duty already being paid to the government.
Much questions are being asked now by the public and the government did very little to address them in clear manner.
In all, the government has erred. And the public is paying dearly for it.

I may not be you No.1 fan but I saw that you are fighting a very good course. And for that I stand behind you.
1 million hits in nothing for someone of your stature. You are much bigger than that. Sometime I chuckled to read some of the blog written by the current cabinet ministers. Boy..even the best form the lot got totally whipped by your usual simple delivery style of writing.
They are just seedlings compared to your towering intellect.A
s long as Allah grant you good health and long life. I shall be reading your writings with great interest.

Response to Mahathir's "Oil Price"
Salam Tun
Again, the Master has spoken wisely on the subject. I fail to understand why cabinet did not manage to tackle the issue in a clear and concise manner.
Sure, Malaysia is spared from natural calamity but I started to see catastrophe looming in the form of inept cabinet ministers playing YESman. Disaster orignates from the government itself. The latest fuel price hike incident was a monumental mistake. The manner it was handle will go down in history as textbook failure. The path we are heading is a dangerous one.
I also observe that :
1) the government has no clear direction. Decisions are made haphazardly and with little consultation. Shroud of secrecy is the main theme.
2) The government still believe majority of the rakyat is in good economic state. Surely not all 100 odd MPs and ministers are blind and deaf at the same time.
3) Promises are not kept. In schoolyard we call it "liars". Since when August starts on 5th of June?
4) The government prefer to keep silent. Last time Shabery was determined to be the good information minister. Now is the time la Datuk, to show your mettle. Or is it just a usual sabrerattling to secure the seat? Give us the FACTS and FIGURES. Do not hide behind the OSA law.
5) The government is not SERIOUS in tackling enforcement. If you leave all for rakyat to take care, then why we need to have you to sit on that comfy chair? Pity Rakyat Malaysia. We have been screwed royally by this incompetent government.

Response to Shahrir Samad "BUKAN HARGA MINYAK YANG JADI MASALAH, KITA MELIHAT BARANGAN YANG DI SUBSUDIKAN Siri 2 "
Salam YB
I shall write in short and in brief. I know you have litle time (your choice to be a minister, So I have no sympathy)
LETS GO BACK TO BASIC.
1) Is this blogspot just a show ? If you do not update, then DON'T BOTHER. Blog is NOT a fad for self vanity !
2) Aren't you supposedly representing the people? RESULTS show you have no ears and heart for the people. The latest trauma delivered by the government illustrate my point.
3) If you really "save" some money for the nation development, would you be prepared to table to the Parliament house , a complete audited report on where this money goes to ? Each Ringgit of it !
4) I observe your Agency is NOT SERIOUS in dealing this crises. Most solution adapted are haphazard and not thought fully. You have NOT engaged the right people to arrived to the RIGHT decision.
5) I observe your Agency is paralyse to enforce the most basic form of enforcement. Tell us, when was the last time you catch big boys hoarding material, indiscriminate raise of price of goods, stop smuggling etc.
Lets not run if you do not know how to walk.
Got any shred of leadership quality to even answer this basic question ?
