yes.. it had to happen. I believe this is start of something greater. I got my hand on this piece of a beautifully located piece of land, primely situated nest to the main trunk road of Kuala Pilah - Bahau. Area is about 1.65 acres or about 72,000 ft2. The asking price was RM 155K. I managed to squeeze a few shades below that ;)
Finally I have my hand for my own real tanah kampung. I have few things in my mind on what would be best. I shall be doing that soon.
In the mean time, I am looking for clear the land
